2. Upload Documents (Tải lên tài liệu)(Upload Documents)
3. Chọn loại tài liệu:Select document type:

   • [ ] CMT Cấp 1
   • [ ] Hộ Chiếu[ ] Passport

4. Chụp ảnh hoặc chọn từ thư việnTake a photo or select from library

2. Vào Settings → Become a GuideGo to Settings → Become a Guide
3. Nhấn Submit Verification DocumentsTap Submit Verification Documents
4. Tải lên tài liệu từng cáiUpload each document one by one
5. Điền đầy đủ thông tinFill in all required information

   • Tài liệu có hợp lệ không?Is the document valid?
   • CCCD/Hộ chiếu còn giá trị không?Is the ID/Passport still valid?
   • Ảnh khớp với nhân dân thân không?Does the photo match the person?
2. Kiểm tra thông tin:Information check:
   • Tuổi ≥ 18 chứ?Age ≥ 18?
   • Địa chỉ có hợp lý không?Is the address reasonable?
   • Thông tin liên hệ có đúng không?Is the contact information correct?
3. Kiểm tra phát hiện gian lận:Fraud detection check:
   • Tài liệu có bị giả mạo không?Has the document been forged?
   • Có danh tính được sử dụng trước không?Has this identity been used before?
   • Có lịch sử vi phạm không?Is there a history of violations?
4. Xem xét chuyên môn:Professional assessment:
   • Giới thiệu có hợp lý không?Is the self-introduction reasonable?
   • Chuyên môn có phù hợp không?Is the stated expertise appropriate?

• Ảnh chân dung: 12 tháng sau khi xóa tài khoảnPortrait photos: 12 months after account deletion
• Lịch xác minh: 7 năm (yêu cầu pháp luật)Verification history: 7 years (legal requirement)

Ello KHÔNG:Ello does NOT:

• Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba (ngoài nội bộ Ello)Share with third parties (outside Ello internal)
• Sử dụng để quảng cáo hoặc bán hàngUse for advertising or sales
• Giữ sau khi Guide xóa tài khoản (trừ pháp luật)Retain after a Guide deletes their account (except as required by law)
